Game Schedule Requests
All requests to schedule or reschedule Twin County Soccer home games must be submitted through the Game Schedule Request Form. Before submitting, confirm the date and approximate time with the visiting team. Do not add any games or scrimmages to your schedule until the request has been reviewed and approved by Club administrators.
General Guidelines for Rescheduling
-
After the lock date: Rescheduling may require shifting other teams’ games. Please submit requests only when absolutely necessary.
-
Notice required: All requests must be submitted at least 7 full days before the scheduled game date (except in cases of weather-related cancellations).
-
Insufficient notice: If a team cannot play and submits a late request that is denied, the team remains responsible for referee fees.
-
Excessive requests: Teams that repeatedly request reschedules may lose scheduling privileges and/or face fines or sanctions in accordance with league rules.
-
Availability limits: Field and referee availability cannot be guaranteed, especially for late or informal requests.
