Outdoor Training Guidelines

  • Training Schedule – Teams must train according to the approved field schedule (assigned field, day, and time). Any changes must be approved in advance.
  • Field & Goal Safety – Coaches should inspect the field before each session for hazards and check the condition of goals. Ensure all goals are properly secured with sandbags and/or anchors before use. Mark off any hazards with cones and report issues to Michael Bame at mbame@twincountysoccer.org.
  • Parent / Spectator Area – Parents and spectators should remain off the training field and stand along the sideline at a reasonable distance so players and coaches have space to train.
  • Club Attire – Coaches and players must wear proper Twin County Soccer training attire during outdoor training sessions.
  • Goals – Goals without wheels must remain in place. Do not attempt to move goals that do not have wheels.
  • Full-Size Goals – Any full-size goals with wheels must be returned to their proper location and locked after use.
  • Mini Goals – Mini goals may be used during training but must be returned and locked after use.
